An induction oven has many advantages over your typical gas or electric coil ovens.

The biggest advantage to the induction oven is that you do not have to worry about a gas leak. Gas leaks can be terribly dangerous and one mistake can blow up your entire house. If you or your family happen to be in the house when this happens, the consequences can be deadly.

The GE Profile Self Cleaning Induction Range
This induction oven has five different cooking zones and can boil water and cook food at a breathtaking rate.
There are 19 heating settings which makes it easy to find a cooking speed that you feel comfortable with.
You’ll also find that this cooktop is extremely easy to clean. Since the surface is flat, it is a simple matter to spray the top down with water and simply wipe clean.
The only minor complaint people seem to have with this induction oven is that it is not as quiet as some other induction ovens.
However, all induction ovens will make some sounds while running.
The Electrolux Slide-In Induction Range
This range is absolutely beautiful. Its sleek design is perfect for the person looking for a modern looking appliance to put in their kitchen.
The design is also one that does not have a back that sticks up over the actual heating top. This can only be done safely with an induction heating oven and really makes this oven stand out.
This oven cooks just as well as the GE and cleans up even easier. The only reason I rate it lower is because I do not think that this validates the extra thousand dollars.
